sms spyThere are many products that are available for consumers to monitor activities on a mobile smart phone.  Smart phones such as, Blackberry, Iphones, Android and others can be monitored, by parents or even employers.  Parents and employers can track SMS text messages, GPS location of the device and call info.  This software was designed by Retina X and is compatible with many smart phones on the market.  Retina X Studios has been designing spy ware since the late 1990s and has come with its latest product, Mobile Spy.  Mobile Spy was designed to ensure safety and to maintain efficient workmanship.

Mobile Spy sucks, hardly ever works, and took my money away when i needed it the most. If you dont want to get robbed don’t get Mobile Spy – it just doesnt want to work.

Program was such a waste of money. I am going to cancel subscription when it ends. Smoky is right, it logs duplicate phone calls, doesnt log all sms and the url and gps hasnt worked once.

I am gonna try flexispy. more money but it looks like a much better built product with more features.

Mobile Spy is a TERRIBLE program. The site you must use to view your logs times out and seldom loads, and the software is so corrupt you have to reboot the target phone at least three to four times a day to get it to start working again. If you could get your hands on the phone that often, you wouldn’t need the software!!! Oh yeah. They’re really out of India. Big surprise, right?

MobileSpy SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!! Program hardly ever works. Every time their servers go down or they have issues with their programming they blame it on the target phone and tell you to get the cell and reboot the software. Ummm..what good is a spy/monitoring software if you need to take the phone away from the person constantly. As others have said the logs are duplicated, the live recordings only record half the time and usually when you need it the least. It seems every time you need to hear what is said someone at control center deletes it or pushes some button to make the recording useless. The time stamps on monitored activity is completely useless because the program dates everything a day before or afterwards so it’s impossible to know when something occurred. The website boots you off after 1 minute and you have to constantly log in with password. If I knew how bad this software was I would have spent the extra $100 for FlexiSpy or

The year is now 2014, and it still sucks. If only I had seen this page before I spent the money on this dreadful package. Everything stated above is included in the problems that I experience with Mobile Spy today. Yesterday, the map showing the phone’s location on the live panel disappeared. Logs of the GPS locations were still showing up on the dashboard retrospectively, but I want real time – that’s why I paid extra for the live panel. All other features were still working (as well as they had been before – crappy) Their support person’s proposed solution: reinstall the software on the phone! Clearly, the phone was sending GPS locations to Mobile Spy – but if their website application does not show the locations on a map, what good is it? Do not waste your money – and please post to let us all know if you find a better app!

Mobile spy is the worst spy application out there. The server is constantly down and when you contact their support, they make up excuses saying they are experiencing “emergency” maintenance, which is obviously a big fat lie. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this program. Terrible server connection and never done anything about it.
