The site you must use to view your logs times out and seldom loads, and the software is so corrupt you have to reboot the target phone at least three to four times a day to get it to start working again. If you could get your hands on the phone that often, you wouldn't need the software!!! Oh yeah. They're really out of India. Big surprise, right? Mobile Spy is a TERRIBLE program. I am going to cancel subscription when it ends. Smoky is right, it logs duplicate phone calls, doesnt log all sms and the url and gps hasnt worked once.
